This cleansing soup is served cold or warm and is a refreshing addition to any summer menu or to support your immunity during the winter months.
Ingredients
- 1 large avocado
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 100ml coconut yogurt
- 5g fresh parsley
- 5g fresh mint
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp ground paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp Naturya Spirulina powder
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup (250ml) water
Method
- Remove the stones from the avocados
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a blender and serve
