These Turmeric Acai Strawberry pancakes are a unique combination of superfoods that work brilliantly together, in terms of both taste and the nutrients they provide! Created by our Naturya Ambassador Louise, they are a delightful twist on simple, healthy banana-oat-flax pancakes, which have been a staple in her house for years.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 60g oats
  • 45ml oat milk (or your preferred milk)
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp (10g) Naturya Turmeric Superblend
  • 3 tbsp (30g) Naturya Acai Strawberry Superprotein Blend

Method

  • Simply blend all ingredients in a blender/ food processor and cook on a lightly oiled pan.

We topped the stack with an extra teaspoon of Turmeric Superblend and a good sprinkle of Superberries Breakfast Boost for a delicious dose of omega-3, magnesium and iron.
