Method
For the Berry Cheesecake Bites
In a bowl, mix together the Mixed Berry Keto Porridge and the melted Coconut oil.
Spread the mixture into a lined tray and smooth down to approx 1cm thickness, then pop it into the fridge to harden.
In a bowl, add the Nush spread, Cocos yoghurt, Menopause Support blend and maple syrup and mix together until it’s nice and smooth.
Spread over the base and pop back into the fridge to firm up and then cut into small cheesecake bites, top with berries and enjoy!
For the Vanilla Cheesecake Bites
In a bowl, mix together the Banana & Coconut Keto Porridge and the melted Coconut oil.
Spread the mixture into a lined tray and smooth down to approx 1cm thickness, then pop it into the fridge to harden.
In a bowl, add the Nush spread, Cocos yoghurt, Collagen Support blend and maple syrup and mix together until it’s nice and smooth.
Spread over the base and pop back into the fridge to firm up and then cut into small cheesecake bites, top with berries and enjoy!
