These no-bake Maca-roons are simple to make and taste delicious. They are a healthy twist on regular Macaroons and provide a source of riboflavin (vitamin B2) which supports immunity and energy and iron to contribute to boost
Ingredients
- 1 cup of brazil nuts
- 1 cup shredded coconut, plus extra for dusting
- 1 1/2 tbsp Naturya Maca powder
- 3/4 cup soft Medjool dates (pits discarded)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Salt to taste
Method
- Mix all of the ingredients in a food processor until they form a dough
- You can add water to soften, or more coconut if the dough is too wet
- Form the mixture into small balls and then roll in the reserved coconut
- Flatten slightly and serve
