Whether you're just having a snack at home of throwing a full-on dinner party, this Hempamole is perfect. The magic ingredient? Yup, you've got it, Hemp Protein powder.
Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 red chilli pepper
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 4 tbsp Hemp Protein powder
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp miso paste
- 2 tbsp Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
Method
- Remove the flesh from the avocados and put it in the blender
- Remove the stalks from the tomatoes, quarter them, and add them to the blender
- Remove the stalks and seeds from the chilli and add to the blender too
- Next add the lemon juice, Hemp Protein powder, garlic, miso and coconut oil and blend it all together until a thick cream is formed
- Stir in the hemp seeds by hand
- Serve and enjoy. This hempamole will keep for around five days in the fridge, depending on how ripe your avocados are
