Introducing the last smoothie & chia pudding masterpiece we developed for this year's Digestive Health Week - this time combining fibre-rich organic Chia Seeds and our organic Green SuperBlend, brimming with nutrients for a strong immune system and healthy skin. As usual, this recipe includes only vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar-free ingredients.
Ingredients
- Chia Pudding:
- 1 tbsp (10g) of Naturya Chia Seeds
- 120ml of plant-based milk
- Green Smoothie:
- 1 frozen banana
- 165g of frozen mango
- 1 kiwi
- 1 tsp (5g) of Naturya organic Green SuperBlend
- 120ml of plant-based milk
Method
- Place the Chia Seeds and plant-based milk into a jar and mix together. Leave to set overnight.
- The next morning blend together the frozen banana, mango, kiwi, Green SuperBlend and milk until a thick consistency forms. You can add a dash more plant-based milk to make it simpler to blend.
- Take your chia pudding and place the blended smoothie on top of the chia pudding and top with whatever toppings you fancy! We chose white mulberries and Cacao Nibs.
