This vegan baked oats recipe is such a creative and satisfying twist on an all-time breakfast favourite - the porridge! With added chia seeds for an extra boost of fibre and coconut yoghurt to remind you of a luscious sunny Sunday brunch. Made with love by our Naturya ambassador Vishali.
Ingredients
- 20g oats
- 200ml oat milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100ml Aquafaba
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp (10g) Naturya Coconut Sugar
- Handful of frozen blueberries
- 3 tbsp (30g) Naturya Chia Seeds
Method
- Mix all of your ingredients together apart from the blueberries
- Pour in an oven proof dish and layer on your frozen blueberries
- Bake for around 20 minutes at 180 degrees
- Optional: top with coconut yogurt, fresh blueberries, some lemon zest and chia seeds
