This tastes nice. Healthier alternative to Horrlicks etc. However it does have some bad ingredients which was disappointing Guar gum and sweetener Erythritol which is E938 & too much sugar. Not sure if a Healey malty bedtime drink exists.

This drink is delicious, and it makes a great night time routine, however I wish they would have used a higher quality of magnesium. The Magnesium Hydroxide (Marine Magnesium), being a very common and cheap option is widely used, but are very poorly absorbed by the body and have a laxative effect . Next time I will try to find a product with Magnesium glycinate, even if its more expensive.

I bought tyhis for my wife, who often has difficulty sleeping. She enjoyed it, and did say that it helped a bit, but not enough to make her ask me to buy it for her again

Wow, this is the most soothing, calming, creamy and delicious tasting night time drink I have tasted. The flavour and texture is divine. It has really good nutritional value and is well worth the money in my opinion. I will definitely be buying again and again. Thank you Naturya.
