Ingredients
- 250g Naturya Cacao Butter Drops
- 65g Naturya Cacao powder
- 60ml agave syrup
- 50-100g chopped nuts
- 50g Naturya Goji berries
- 4 TBSP coconut flakes
- 2 TBSP Naturya Chia seeds
Method
Melt the cacao butter on bain marie (using a whisk will help).
Once the butter drops are melted, add in cacao powder and agave syrup little by little while whisking.
Take the mixture away from heat and pour it into a tray.
While still melted, sprinkle it with chopped nuts (we used Brazil nuts and almonds), goji berries, chia seeds and coconut flakes.
Once cooled down, place the tray in freezer until fully solidified*.
*The bark can be stored in the freezer for several days.
