Ingredients
- 1 x 400g tin of butter beans
- 2 tbsp tahini
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp tamari soy sauce
- 2 tsp Naturya Barleygrass powder
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- Handful of cilantro, roughly chopped
Method
- Simply place all the ingredients into a food processor
- Blend until smooth and creamy
- Add more olive oil or water if the consistency is still too thick
